1. General provisions
The personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI "On the protection of personal data" (hereinafter - the "Law") and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data FOP Khomytsky Andriy Olegovych (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activity the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
The Operator's policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://onlinefitnessclub.com/.
2. Basic concepts used in politics

Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user of the https://onlinefitnessclub.com/ website;
User - any visitor to the website https://onlinefitnessclub.com/:
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics and Google Analytics and others).

4. Purposes of personal data processing

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is to be transferred ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of personal data within the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the personal data subject has given his/her written consent to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or if the agreement to which the personal data subject is a party is executed.
