All communication, tasks and progress are in the OFC Pro app. Some formats also include communication in Telegram and Zoom meetings.
Is the format suitable for beginners?
Yes. The plan is adapted to your level. We discuss your starting health status, skills, and lifestyle, and then we build a program from there.
What do you need to get started?
A phone with the OFC Pro app, minimal inventory (or what you already have) and a willingness to work on yourself.
How long does the support last?
The minimum recommended period is 1-3 months. But the best results are obtained when working for 3-6 months or longer.
