Svitlana, what motivated you to join our fitness club?
"I started actively losing weight in March 2023, and today I have come a long way to minus 27 kilograms: I did an hour or 1.5 hours of cardio every day and sometimes looked for workouts on the Internet because I felt that I needed to work on body quality, so I needed high-quality and well-designed workouts.
I saw an advert on Instagram, signed up, listened to a lot of Andrii's motivational speeches, did free workouts at first, liked them and bought my first membership for a month. And then I started buying a monthly membership every month."
How have the workouts in our club helped you achieve such results?
"The workouts are so well-designed and competent that they sculpt a beautiful relief of your body. All the trainers are professionals! Personally, I hate repetitive workouts. In OFC, each workout is so diverse that you eagerly anticipate each one. Each workout presents a new level of difficulty, and it’s always challenging; you want to give up on the last round, but you push through, and then the coach says: 'I have a gift - one more round,' and you don't give up, you finish the workout, overcoming yourself and becoming the best version of yourself.
After 5 or 6 months of training with OFC, I wake up with muscle soreness, and I now love it because I see the result. It’s pure joy when you see your body magically tighten, relief arms that you never had, and oblique muscles start to appear on your belly, which you've always dreamed of."
Besides the workouts, what else helped you reach your goal?
"Proper nutrition and giving up alcohol during active weight loss, and to stay motivated, I embraced asceticism: refraining from alcohol, doing physical exercises, meditations. I also broke down a big goal into smaller ones and gradually progressed without stopping: first lose the initial 7 kilograms, then another 5, then another 5, and so I have already lost 27 kilograms. And I continue with you to work on the best version of myself.”
How did you overcome difficulties and moments when you felt like giving up?
"I’ve been losing weight all my life, as long as I can remember.
I always gave up at some stage, but this time I was determined TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF. Once Andrii said that it's necessary to be patient and understand that this process might take several years. Then, something switched in my mind: my mistake was that I always wanted to see results in a month or two, at least three. But the secret is that SPORT must become a way of life. And you can't live without it anymore. You want to lie down on Sunday, but your body tells you: Get up, let's do a workout. And you enjoy it after the workout, and conversely, when you don’t exercise, you feel weak, in the sense of hunger weakness, but the workout gives you wings.”
Svitlana, how has your physical and emotional state changed since you started training with our club?
"When you see your beautiful reflection in the mirror, when you get compliments from friends about your physical form, you become more confident and even more motivated. When you completely change your wardrobe and buy new clothes in sizes S and XS, when you can swap clothes with your 14-year-old daughter, when people tell you that you look not 41, but 27, you understand that SPORT is POWER, it's YOUTH, it's about HEALTH.
One of the strengths of working out with Online Fitness Club is that the workouts boost your metabolism, and even if you fall out of the training process for a few days, nothing terrible happens to your figure; just get back to the workouts and your body obediently sheds the extra weight, and you again sculpt a beautiful body. The most important thing is not to stop and understand that this is a way of life."
This is definitely the case. If you were to continue the phrase 'At this moment, OFC for me is...'?
“It’s a way of life, a guarantee of health, and a sweet bonus — a beautiful body that I want to constantly improve with pleasure and joy for myself!!!”
And finally, Svitlana, what would you say to people who have not yet decided to join our club?
"Try training with OFC as an experiment, start with two months and promise yourself to be disciplined during this time, and then you won't be able to do without OFC workouts. You get so many bonuses, apart from losing weight: a tight body, beautiful relief, confidence in yourself, youth, good cardio endurance.
And most importantly, you will have no excuses: I don't have money for a personal trainer (OFC is your personal trainer every day); I don’t have time to go to the gym (turn on the OFC workout and train with pleasure); I can't work out early in the morning (turn on the workout when it suits you); I am bored with the same workouts and exercises (OFC offers a variety of exercises and always something new); I am completely out of energy today (a 15-minute workout from OFC will help)."
