"Drying. Preparation and why it is important"

[Synopsis of Andriy Khomytsky's blog]

I love this state - the beginning of the challenge.
This is always a special moment. It changes not only your body. It changes your attitude to yourself, to life, to the way you live every day.

As always, I want to go through the 8 weeks of SUSHKA together with you and broadcast my way. I want to show you honestly what I eat, how I eat it, what I think, what I feel.

About nutrition:

- In general, I don't exclude any foods. I don't demonize food. I just adjust the amount, fat content, and cooking method.
- For example, fish can be anything - fatty or not - depending on the context. When dried, it will simply be less fatty fish.
- There will also be meat, but lean.

But the main thing is this: I am becoming a gourmet. When you eat little, you start eating consciously. For example, 4-5 grapes are enough for me. Not because I can't eat more, but because I have learned to feel the taste, saturation and understanding of why it is so at this stage. And it's a thrill.

About feelings:

- It's important to overcome yourself.
When you eat out of inertia, you don't notice either the portion or the effect of the food. When you eat with awareness, you feel satisfied.
- I will not "live in deficit". I will live in concentration. How do you like this attitude?
- And in fact, a person doesn't need much food, you must admit.

About the start:

Change only begins when you go beyond the boundaries of your daily automatic life. Just living/surviving these days is not transformation.

I know what many people think: "It's easy for you, because you're a coach," "You have experience," "You're motivated." But in reality, it's not. I am the same: sometimes I doubt, struggle, etc. But I always ACT. And I move on. And this is the difference.

I will go through this challenge with you.

I will broadcast in short vlogs, in the format of observation, everything that I can and that will interest you. The format will be interesting and new for everyone. And I believe that even just by watching, you will find answers to your questions.
Let's get started.
